Service schedule-

We offer weekly and bi-weekly recurring services only. This is because we want to offer one thing and do that one thing right!

Cancelation Policy and Payment Policy-

Because your appointments are set aside specifically for you. All appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged in full. With a one time waiver per calendar year. Appointments reschedule in the same week will not incur a cancelation charge. However this is subject to availability and we can not guarantee another open time slot.

All appointments require a 30 day notice when canceling services.

All payments are done through auto payments on the card of your choice. In the event that the card is declined, and we are unable to reach you, we will reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule the cancelation policy may apply.

In the event that payment is not received the day of service a 10% late charged will be assigned beginning the next day, and 5% charge will be added each day until it is paid in full.

Biological Waste-

We are unable to clean biological waste. This includes waste from pets and sanitary products not properly in a bin.

Litter boxes will be vacuumed around and mopped around but not changed.

Shoes-

Shoes are to be worn at all times. Removing our shoes is an OSHA violation. You may provide booties for your technician at your discretion.

Heights and Lifting-

We are happy to dust in high areas with your large extension duster. This is because we are able to only go as high as a two step ladder. We do not carry Long extension dusters with us because they do not fit well in a car and can become a safety hazard on the road.

We are happy to vacuum under things when possible, If you would like large objects (over 10lbs) cleaned under you will be responsible for moving them and putting the back.

Lights and chandeliers will be dusted with the duster. If you would like to have them wiped and cleaned you will be responsible for taking them down and putting them back up.

Dust-

We do our best to eliminate dust. We wet dust as needed. However dust can resettle and can build up quickly in some homes. We will do our best and lift items to dust under. But can not guarantee all dust will be removed.

Glitter and confetti are also something that we will do our best with but can not guarantee full removal of these items.

Floors-

Due to the nature of floors we do not guarantee that they will pass the “white glove test”. We do our best to get them as close as possible and will use the most appropriate solution for your situation.

Clutter-

Items will be moved and cleaned under and organized them into piles.

Many of us have children and we all know their rooms can become messy. We will do the best we can in these rooms. However, in order to stay on time for the next client we are unable to pick up multiple items. In these cases the floor will be vacuumed around the items. If this your are having a hard time with, and you would like to add to your regular service please just let us know and we can revisit the quote.

Dishes, appliances and Linens-

Dishes, interior of appliances and linen changing are not included in our standard service. Please contact us if you would like to add these services. We are unable to clean a sink if it has multiple dishes in it. In this event we will clean the faucet and edge only.
